Do you love working with the Elderly? Sun Valley Assisted Living is seeking an Administrator Assistant for our Mosinee location.
Under the direct supervision of the Owner / Administrator you will be responsible for the duties/responsibilities that are listed below, confidentiality and in accordance with Sun Valley Policies.
Census:
Make sure house maintains adequate census by being involved in the community promoting Sun Valley.
Building Team:
You will be responsible for overseeing and training team members as needed.
Conducting Performance Reviews.
Scheduling of your team.

Supervising Team Leaders, Team Members, and Activity Aids to ensure Sun Valley Homes Policies and Procedures are complete and in accordance with DHS regulations.
You will be responsible for overall function of your house, from building maintenance/monthly checks to daily operations, monitoring hours of work, confirming the correct staff coverage for current clientele etc.
You will ensure that Sun Valley is run to an exceptional standard.
